Window Frost Necklace

We still have a real (I'd rather say too real:-)) classic winter here and at last can enjoy its frosty and, fortunately, sunny days with the parky blue sky and white glittering snow... When seeing such sparkling I can keep myself from great wish to copy it in some way to have in front of my eyes whenever I want to see the shining glimmer that always creates festive spirit... even when it is 19 degrees below zero:-) So after a  walk the right way to spend time is to go on with some winter-inspired project. This time I made a necklace to make a set with this pair of earrings.

Намисто "Морозний візерунок"

У нас  тут все ще справжня (я б навіть сказала, аж занадто справжня:-)) класична зима і ми нарешті можемо насолодитися її морозними і, на щастя, ясними днями з пронизливо синім небом і білим снігом, що виблискує на сонці... Щойно бачу ті наче розсипанні іскорки на снігу не можу втриматися та не відтворити їх якимось чином,  щоб мати перед очима їхній мерехтливий блиск, коли заманеться, бо він завжди створює святковий настрій... навіть коли на вулиці - 19С:-) Отже після прогулянки саме час присвятити годинку-другу (чи п'ять:-)) якомусь зимовому проектові. Цього разу я зробила намисто в пару до цих сережок.

The idea for the necklace was taken here, on +HoneyBeads1 channel. All the materials are the same with the addition of 6 mm pearls for making smaller elements. So here I only comment the changes I made to connect the elements. I decided to do it with the help of three short strings of beads joining the spikes. The first and the third strings are the same but the middle is a little shorter because starts and ends with 8.0 seed bead. 





Ідею для намиста я знайшла тут, на каналі +HoneyBeads1. Всі використані матеріали ті самі з додаванням перлів, 6 мм, для виготовлення менших елементів. Тому тут я просто коментую зміни, які я зробила, щоб з'єднати елементи. Вирішила це зробити за допомогою коротких низок, що  з'єднують піко. Перша і третя низка однакові, а середня - коротша, починається і закінчується бісериною № 8.

When all the elements of the three squares are ready, it is the time to think about the rest of the necklace. Here the possibilities for creativity are endless and the only restriction for the fantasy is taste and affordable expenses. I joined three short pieces of chain to the spikes, then joined them to the ring and then joined the jewellery wire to this ring. The rest of the necklace is formed with simple stringing.
That what today brought to the winter treasure box... hope some of the next days will be fruitful as well:-)




Коли весь елемент з трьох квадратів готовий, час подумати про решту намиста. Тут можливості для творчості безкінечні і фантазія обмежується лише смаком і посильними витратами. Я приєднала три коротких відрізки ланцюжка до піко, потім з'єднала їх кільцем, а потім до кільця прикріпила ювелірний дріт. Решта намиста утворюється за допомогою простого нанизування.
Ось що приніс сьогоднішній день в зимову скарбничку... сподіваюсь, якийсь з наступних буде не менш плідним:-)
